This policy explains the data practices of Apex Advantage, an independently developed, skills-only plugin created by Lauren Engel.
Plugin data practices
Apex Advantage does not operate its own external server, user database, account system, analytics service, advertising tracker, or payment system. The plugin does not independently transmit user prompts or responses to the developer. Conversations and account information are processed within ChatGPT under OpenAI’s applicable privacy policy and terms.
Website data practices
This informational website does not use account registration, forms, advertising cookies, or analytics. Standard hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested page, for security, reliability, and delivery.
Support communications
If you email support, the information you voluntarily provide—including your email address, message, and attachments—will be used to respond to your request, investigate reported problems, and maintain necessary support records. Do not send passwords, payment information, government identification, private health records, or confidential account credentials.
Sharing and sales
The developer does not sell personal information. Support information may be disclosed only to service providers needed to operate email or hosting, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, rights, or security.
Retention and deletion
Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to address the request, maintain operational records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. To request deletion of support correspondence, email info@brightpathintelligence.com. Some information may be retained when legally required or necessary for security and recordkeeping.
Children
Apex Advantage is intended for adult brand partners and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information through support.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the plugin, website, or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
